He was a Senior Scientist in the Aeronautical Development
Establishment, a Govt. of India Research and Development
Lab, from 1970 to 1993. He has worked extensively in the
field of Electro - Optics and has led several projects.
From 1993 - 2000 he was a professor in the Visveshwaraya
Technological University, where he guided Graduate and
Undergraduate students.

K R Lakshmana Murthy - Director and Vice President
Mr. Murthy has over 30 years of experience in Research,
design, development and performance evaluation for manned
and unmanned avionics systems. He has successfully
completed 15 major projects of national importance. He was
a member of the joint design team with Martin Marietta,
USA for quadruplex digital fly by wire control computer
for the Light Combat Aircraft (Tejas). Mr. Murthy holds an
MS degree in Engineering. He also holds a Bachelor of
Engineering degree. |

Manish Jain- Director
Mr. Jain is a co-founder of Axis Holdings Private limited, investment mangers to Axis Venture Capital Trust. M.R. Bhashyam - Director
Mr Bhashyam joined Deepti after his retirement from Infosys, a Software company known worldwide. At Infosys, he performed various roles like head of Software Engineering Process group, core team member for conceptualizing and implementing Infosys leadership model and the Infosys Leadership Institute, head of quality for Infosys BPO, part of the core team which developed and implemented the Infosys Competency Model etc. As head of SEPG, he was the main driver for Infosys getting assessed for CMM level 4 and 5 followed by CMMi level 5. At the leadership Institute, he was involved in the conceptualization and implementation of the Infosys Leadership Model. As head of Quality at Infosys BPO, he implemented the Six Sigma and ISO 9001. For his contribution, Mr Bhashyam received the chairman’s award for outstanding award thrice.
Prior to Joining Infosys, Bhashyam served as a scientist in Indian Defence R&D and Quality Assurance establishments primarily in the areas of Software Verification and Validation, Hardware Validation, System integration and testing of major defence systems like the LCA, ALH, Helicopters, Anti Aircraft Gun Control Systems, Communication Systems etc.
